For local shipping, all orders will be delivered by Poslaju. For international shipping outside Malaysia,we will be using Easyparcel platform where you are able to choose the courier service. However, we recommend SF Express as our experience with them so far has been good and value for morney too.
All paid orders will be shipped within 48 hours, with the exemption of stock out issue which we will contact buyer to discuss on the available options.
Expected duration for delivery:
- Sabah : 1 - 3 working days
- Sarawak : 2 - 3 working days
- West Malaysia : 3-5 working days
- International : Up to 10 working days for courier
- International : Up to 21 working days for registered post
The above mentioned duration are based on delivery to major towns. For districts, there might be delay of 1 day depending on the local delivery service provider.
Please allow additional days for delivery during festive season and special occasions such as the annual 11.11.
